Breathing Out: LGBTQ Meditation

We all experience stress, confusion, and difficult emotions in our daily lives. Join us for an introduction to mindfulness and meditation practices that cultivate patience, clarity, and wisdom. We will learn breathing and walking meditation, along with a variety of practices to help us move through our daily lives with compassion and kindness. Discussion will include a focus on how these practices apply to LGBTQ experiences in particular. No experience needed. Join all or any of the scheduled sessions.
