Local artist and Yale administrator Howard el-Yasin joins Andrew Dowe, Associate Director of the Office of LGBTQ Resources, in conversation on creating, identities, intersections and communities.
Howard el-Yasin is a studio artist and Assistant Director of the Teaching Fellow Program in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. His artwork has been exhibited in both solo and group shows around the U.S.,including locally, here, on campus and elsewhere in New Haven, his hometown. Howard holds an MFA in Studio Art from the Maryland Institute of College of Art, an MALS in Visual Arts from Wesleyan University and BA in Philosophy from New England College.
