La Casa Cultural: Latino Cultural Center

La Casa, the Latino Cultural Center at Yale, offers Yale students and community members a rich variety of social, academic, and cultural resources in a warm and vibrant environment. Building on a strong campus community, the Latino Cultural Center promotes a sense of unity among Latinx people at Yale. We are committed to providing a comfortable space where our diverse cultural heritage, history and traditions can be celebrated and explored by all Yale University and New Haven community members.

Office of Institutional Equity and Access

The Director of the Office of Institutional Equity and Access oversees the University’s affirmative action programs and monitors compliance with policies and laws which ensure equal opportunity for students, employees and applicants for employment or admission. She works with committees and departments throughout the University to design and implement programs to increase the diversity of the Yale Community. She also assists in the development and effective use of the University’s various grievance procedures.
