oSTEM is a national organization dedicated to promoting the visibility and leadership of LGBTQ individuals in the STEM fields. As Yale’s graduate school chapter, we seek to uphold this mission, as well as create a community among LGBTQ individuals on campus and participate in educational events geared towards faculty and students (LGBTQ and not). We welcome anyone, regardless of sexuality, gender identity, or status within Yale, willing to help with this cause to join the group.
