Outpatient @ Yale School of Medicine

OutPatient is YSM’s LGBTQIA+ student group, focusing on LGBTQIA+ community building, healthcare issues, visibility, and education. Some of our efforts over the last year have included organizing a Clinical Competencies series to introduce health professional students to LGBTQIA+-specific healthcare topics, supporting LGBTQIA+ conference attendance,  organizing events with LGBTQIA+ faculty, and organizing networking and social events with LGBTQIA+ students at all three Connecticut medical schools.
