Submit an event or announcement

Any member of the Yale community with a NetID may submit an event or announcement to the Office of LGBGTQ Resources weekly newsletter, calendar and community announcements forum via the process outlined below. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!

There are two options for submitting events: the first will include your event on the Yale Calendar of events in addition to our calendar and newsletter for the broadest audience, while the second option will only share your event or announcement on our website and newsletter.


Broader Audience

Office of LGBTQ Resources website, newletter and Yale calendar

You may submit events to be publicly listed on the Yale Calendar of Events, in the Yale app, and on the Office of LGBTQ Resources website calendar. Note: Events submitted to the Yale Calendar will automatically be published to the website and included in the newsletter—no need to submit to both! Find information about reserving the Office of LGBTQ Resources Cafe space here.

Events

You may submit events of interest to Yale's LGBTQ community for inclusion in our newsletter and our website's calendar via this form. Find information about reserving the Office of LGBTQ Resources Cafe space here.

Announcements

Submit announcements via this form. You can indicate whether you'd like it to be included in the weekly newsletter. Contact us for guidelines on what can be included.


Space reservations

Organizations affiliated with the Office of LGBTQ Resources may reserve the Cafe free of charge during the Office of LGBTQ Resources staffed hours, between noon and 10:00 pm every day during the term. Other organizations and departments can reserve the space outside of drop-in hours (before noon) for a fee.
